Manager – Content Production & Fragrances

About the role

The Manager – Content Production & Fragrances leads the creation and delivery of visual assets for L’Oréal’s Fragrance Business Unit and Luxe multi‑brand portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Multi‑Brand Content Production, you will oversee end‑to‑end project execution, ensure high‑quality output across digital channels, and support the development of original content strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day execution of content production projects, from briefing and pre‑production planning to on‑set execution and post‑production.
• Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources while communicating with internal teams, agencies, production companies, and freelancers.
• Support creation and editing of video and photo assets for the Fragrance BU, ensuring optimization for e‑retail, social media, and website platforms.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, e‑retail, and influencer teams to gather requirements, provide feedback, and align deliverables.
• Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, applying naming conventions and metadata tagging for easy retrieval.
• Contribute to content playbooks and learning agendas by documenting best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing content production projects in a fast‑paced, multi‑brand environment.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills with a focus on asset management and documentation.
• Capability to oversee budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
