Manager, Channel Sales – Americas

About the role

This remote, US‑based position leads Chaos’s channel sales across North, Latin and South America. The manager serves as the global lead for the Growth & Emerging Markets function while directly overseeing the AMER channel sales team, driving indirect revenue and market expansion in high‑growth regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the AMER channel sales team, set performance quotas, manage KPIs and foster a high‑performance culture.
• Own AMER channel revenue targets, achieving quarterly and annual Net New ARR and renewal goals through pipeline management and partner oversight.
• Design and execute the AMER channel sales plan, optimizing partner coverage across AEC and M&E segments.
• Develop commercial frameworks, regional playbooks and tiering structures for emerging markets worldwide.
• Manage strategic partner relationships across the Americas, acting as executive point of contact for complex deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations and Product teams to run regional campaigns and partner events.

Required profile

• 8+ years of channel sales and partner management experience in software/SaaS, including at least 3 years in a leadership role across multiple geographies.
• Proven track record of quota attainment and driving commercial growth in emerging markets such as LATAM.
• Experience working with international channel partners and navigating matrix organisations.
• Strong understanding of the AEC and/or M&E industries and their VAR/channel ecosystems.
• Fluent English; professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong advantage.
