Manager, Applied AI Architect – Enterprise Tech

About the role

Anthropic is looking for a Manager to lead its Solutions Architect team within Applied AI Enterprise Tech. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering to drive the adoption of Anthropic’s frontier AI products across sophisticated technology customers.

Key responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and mentor a growing pre‑sales Solutions Architect team.
• Set performance goals in collaboration with sales and other stakeholders.
• Act as technical sponsor for high‑value strategic customers, guiding AI adoption strategies, use‑case scoping, and POC execution.
• Work closely with Enterprise Tech sales leadership to create new adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to prioritize customer feedback and remove adoption blockers.
• Travel to customer sites or conferences for executive‑level sessions, workshops, and relationship building.
• Shape a shared vision for safe, beneficial AI in technology products.
• Contribute thought leadership through presentations, webinars, and technical content.

Required profile

• 7+ years as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or similar pre‑sales technical role.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical pre‑sales teams.
• Deep expertise in enterprise AI use cases, API integrations, and large‑language‑model deployments.
• Proven ability to build and scale teams and processes in ambiguous environments.
