Management Trainee – Boston/Spalding

About the role

Join Enterprise Mobility’s Management Training Programme and develop the skills needed to become a future branch manager. You will rotate through key business areas, gaining hands‑on experience in customer service, sales, finance and operations within our Boston/Spalding location.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations, enquiries and building rapport.
• Develop sales and marketing activities, including networking with local business partners.
• Understand and manage financial performance, cost control and profit‑and‑loss statements.
• Assist with fleet management, logistical planning and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor and train team members, with the opportunity to promote others as you progress.

Required profile

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Full manual UK driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
• No drug or alcohol‑related driving offences in the past five years.
