Mammography Technologist – Full‑Time with Sign‑On & Relocation Bonuses

About the role

The Imaging Services department at Kingman Healthcare is seeking a full‑time Mammography Technologist. Under the direction of a radiologist, you will perform diagnostic mammography exams while ensuring patient safety and high‑quality imaging. Qualified candidates will receive a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and a $4,000 relocation bonus.

Key responsibilities

• Administer ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes, positioning the patient and x‑ray beam, selecting exposure factors, and initiating exposure.
• Verify patient identity using two unique identifiers and confirm pregnancy status when appropriate.
• Document exam start/stop times, patient reactions, and any issues in the imaging software database.
• Apply appropriate shielding and immobilization devices and assess contraindications such as medications or insufficient preparation.
• Monitor equipment and patient during procedures, adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Graduate of an ARRT‑approved radiologic technology program.
• Current ARRT registration and Mammography licensure (AZDHS) or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Minimum of 1 year experience performing digital mammography.

Required skills

• Digital mammography operation.

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
