Make Ready Specialist – Saratoga

About the role

The Make Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. Working on‑site in Lewisville, Texas, you will perform a range of technical and mechanical tasks to turn units into market‑ready homes.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements on vacant units according to the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it.
• Perform touch‑up painting in vacant and occupied units under supervision.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities by removing trash, debris and pressure‑washing breezeways and pools.

Required profile

• Ability to perform physical, hands‑on maintenance tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow a make‑ready checklist.
• Basic knowledge of building components such as sheetrock, plumbing fixtures and finishes.
