Make-Ready Specialist – Circle at Point Park

About the role

The Make-Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are prepared to Greystar’s quality standards for re‑leasing. This includes completing technical and mechanical work so units are market‑ready on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements to apartments before new resident move‑in, following the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it.
• Perform touch‑up painting in vacant and occupied units as directed.
• Maintain grounds, common areas and amenities by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, and painting curbs and signage.
• Support cost‑cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.
• Complete required documentation and safety training, and respond to resident inquiries with respect and urgency.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, lift up to 25 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and work in all weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays and respond to on‑call requests.
• Commitment to Greystar safety and risk‑management policies, including OSHA training.
