Make Ready Specialist – Agora Stone Oak

About the role

We are looking for a Make Ready Specialist to prepare vacant apartments for new residents at the Agora Stone Oak community in San Antonio, Texas. The role focuses on completing repairs, improvements, and cleaning tasks to ensure each unit meets Greystar’s quality standards before re‑leasing.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work to turn vacant units into market‑ready condition.
• Complete all repairs and improvements according to the community’s make‑ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervision.
• Assist with maintaining grounds, common areas and amenities, including trash removal and pressure‑washing.

• Ability to follow detailed make‑ready procedures and checklists.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift equipment.
• Attention to detail to ensure units meet quality standards.
