Make Ready Specialist – 4 Corners

About the role

The Make Ready Specialist ensures vacant apartments are prepared to the highest quality standards for re‑leasing. Working on‑site at the 4 Corners community, you will perform a range of technical and mechanical tasks to turn units into market‑ready homes.

Key responsibilities

• Complete all repairs and improvements listed on the community’s make‑ready checklist before new residents move in.
• Caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and perform repairs or replacements.
• Apply touch‑up paint to vacant and occupied units under supervision.
• Assist with maintaining common areas by removing trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool decks, and general grounds upkeep.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed checklists and quality standards.
• Physical stamina for lifting, climbing ladders, and handling tools.
• Attention to detail to ensure units meet occupancy standards.
