Maintenance Technician – The Station (Mid‑Rise Lease‑Up)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the physical aspects of The Station property—including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas—meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This role supports a mid‑rise lease‑up phase with 302 units.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing defects and repairing according to policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, maintenance tasks, and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, tracking usage and notifying supervisors of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for proper tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts whenever possible and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Available Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm, with a rotating on‑call schedule.
• Ability to follow established safety procedures, building codes, and company policies.
• Attention to detail for inspections, documentation, and quality of work.
