Maintenance Technician – Rosewood

About the role

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Rosewood community in Boise, Idaho. The role involves performing technical and mechanical tasks to keep the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas clean, safe and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete assigned work orders, diagnosing issues and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on building systems to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors and contractors, and ensuring units are prepared for new occupants.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used and time spent on each task.
• Support the overall appearance and functionality of common areas, landscaping and exterior facilities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair building defects and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with safety procedures, local building codes and Greystar’s maintenance standards.
• Strong organizational skills to manage work orders, punch lists and vendor scheduling.
