About the role
The Maintenance Technician – Overture RSM is responsible for technical and mechanical upkeep of an active‑adult community, ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas remain clean, safe and functional.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs.
- Maintain buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas to company standards.
- Follow established policies, procedures, safety standards and code requirements.
Required profile
- Experience in technical and mechanical maintenance.
- Ability to work on building, grounds and amenity systems.
- Commitment to safety, cleanliness and code compliance.
