Maintenance Technician (Opus)

About the role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Opus team in Los Angeles. The role involves ensuring the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. The property is a stabilized community with 428 units, and the technician will support both resident requests and preventative maintenance programs.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
- Perform preventative maintenance across the property.
- Diagnose the source of defects or problems and carry out repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of property maintenance experience.
- Experience working in high‑rise environments.
- Familiarity with Yardi property management software (preferred).
