Maintenance Technician - Nexus

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Nexus property in Hillsboro, Oregon. The role focuses on maintaining the physical condition of buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose defects, determine root causes, and execute repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct pre‑move‑out inspections, create punch lists, and coordinate vendors or contractors for make‑ready tasks.
• Ensure all maintenance activities support the overall appearance and operational efficiency of the property.
