Maintenance Technician - Lantower Sunrise

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the technical upkeep of the Lantower Sunrise community in Kissimmee, Florida. Working within Greystar’s property management team, you will ensure that all building systems, common areas, and resident units meet the company’s standards for safety, functionality, and appearance.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Diagnose faults, repair or replace components, and document all actions according to company policies and local codes.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including inspections, repairs, and final cleaning before new move‑ins.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment usage.
• Participate in a rotating on‑call schedule to address after‑hours emergencies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety procedures, and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
• Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday schedule with occasional on‑call duties.
