Maintenance Technician – Knox

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Knox, a modern residential community in Lynnwood, Washington. The role focuses on maintaining the building, grounds, amenities and common areas to Greystar’s high standards of cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical work on building systems, equipment and fixtures.
• Ensure all physical aspects of the property meet company standards for appearance, safety and overall functionality.
• Respond to service requests and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain the condition of grounds, amenities and common areas.
• Document work performed and coordinate with vendors when needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in residential or commercial settings.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to exceed resident expectations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high‑performing team.
