Maintenance Technician – Kapilina Beach Homes

About the role

Greystar is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Technician to support Kapilina Beach Homes in Ewa Beach, Hawaii. You will ensure that the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance and diagnose the source of defects or problems.
• Execute repairs in accordance with established policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Carry out the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Respond to on‑call situations as needed, maintaining a regular schedule.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in building or property maintenance.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work on‑call and handle a variety of maintenance tasks.
