Maintenance Technician

About the role

Wise Path Recovery Center is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep its treatment facilities safe, functional, and welcoming. The position primarily supports the Camp Road location while also providing assistance at Camp Baer, the upcoming Westover site, and other Wise Path facilities as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Conduct routine inspections for safety, security, and maintenance issues.
• Complete routine and emergency repairs, including doors, windows, locks, flooring, ceilings, walls, and fixtures.
• Carry out basic carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and patching tasks.
• Maintain and repair furnishings, replace lighting components, and perform minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Support HVAC, mechanical, and utility system monitoring.
• Respond promptly to staff maintenance requests and assist with renovations and new‑site preparation.
• Maintain lawns, landscaping, snow removal, and outdoor common areas to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, problem‑solving attitude with pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work flexible daytime hours and be on‑call for emergencies.
• Willingness to travel locally between Wise Path facilities.
