Maintenance Technician

About the role

Keeley Properties is seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to support the day‑to‑day operations of its building portfolio in St. Louis, MO. You will work closely with the building operations team to keep all systems running smoothly and ensure a safe, comfortable environment for tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance on plumbing, lighting, doors, ceilings, drywall, painting, carpeting, flooring, and other building components.
• Respond to tenant service requests, move‑in/out setups, and emergency situations 24/7 as needed.
• Inspect facilities, document conditions, and report any issues that could affect occupancy or operations.
• Handle hazardous materials safely, following all company policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and equipment serviced.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in general building repair, plumbing, mechanical systems, and basic electrical work.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, climb ladders, and walk up to a mile between buildings.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
