About the role

This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and making repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors as needed.
