Maintenance Technician – Greenwich Place

About the role

The Maintenance Technician ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas at Greenwich Place meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose defects and make repairs in line with policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists and coordinating vendors or contractors.

Required profile

• Ability to perform technical and mechanical tasks in a residential property environment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and building codes.
• Strong communication skills to interact with residents, vendors and internal teams.
