Maintenance Technician – Garrison (Full-time)

About the role

The Maintenance Technician will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the building, grounds, amenities and common areas of the Garrison property in top condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems.
• Repair and maintain drywall, paint surfaces, and address general building issues.
• Inspect and upkeep grounds and common-area amenities to meet company standards.
• Respond to on-call requests Thursday through Monday, 9 am‑6 pm.
• Document work orders and updates using property-management software.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Ability to work on-call schedule (Thursday‑Monday, 9 am‑6 pm).
• EPA certification and/or CPO certification strongly preferred.
