Maintenance Technician – Garden‑Style Apartment Community

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at The Felicity on Perry, a garden‑style community of 290 units in Savannah. The role ensures that the building, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance, diagnosing issues and repairing according to policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, punch‑list creation, vendor coordination, supply procurement, repairs and final inspections.
• Manage inventory of tools, supplies and equipment, tracking usage and notifying the supervisor of re‑order needs.
• Document service requests accurately and timely.
• Maintain grounds and common areas by picking up trash, pressure‑washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning and painting curbs or signage as needed.
• Support cost‑control initiatives by repairing rather than replacing parts and using materials efficiently.

Required profile

• Available Monday‑Friday, 8 am‑5 pm with a rotating on‑call schedule.
