About the role
Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Aviva community in Fort Worth, Texas. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Complete work orders generated from resident service requests and perform preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose defects or problems and execute repairs in line with policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
- Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant units, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and follow up on outstanding tasks.
Required profile
- Experience performing technical and mechanical work in a residential or commercial property setting.
- Ability to follow established procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory codes.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
