Maintenance Technician – Dalian 151

About the role

The Maintenance Technician – Dalian 151 ensures that all building systems, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. This full‑time position works on‑site to address resident requests, perform preventative maintenance and prepare vacant units for new occupants.

Key responsibilities

• Complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical or technical defects in accordance with safety standards and code requirements.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment and systems.
• Execute the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections and punch‑list creation.
• Schedule and coordinate vendors and contractors as needed.

Required profile

• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairing building systems.
• Ability to follow established policies, safety procedures and regulatory codes.
• Strong attention to detail when inspecting units and documenting maintenance needs.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with residents, vendors and internal teams.
