Maintenance Technician – $32.14/hr + Shift Differential

About the role

Bosch is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations in Florence, KY. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and robotic systems while contributing to equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities such as inspections, oil changes, lubrication, and equipment cleaning.
• Maintain and improve performance of robotic and automated equipment, diagnosing sensor, actuator, and servo drive issues.
• Operate machine‑shop tools including lathes, grinders, and welding equipment as needed.
• Use diagnostic tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes) to identify and resolve equipment problems.
• Support PLC programming updates and system improvements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation for repairs and installations.
• Document maintenance activities, monitor equipment performance, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance reliability.

Required profile

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of PLC programming (Ladder Logic, STL) and ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Familiarity with servo systems, robotics, and industrial electrical circuits (AC/DC, motor and control wiring).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with preventative maintenance programs.
