Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our High Point, NC plant on the 2nd shift. Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for keeping production equipment running smoothly through preventive and reactive maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections, calibrations and repairs on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and service instrumentation such as flow meters, level sensors, temperature transmitters and actuated valves.
• Complete preventative and corrective work orders, documenting actions and parts used.
• Support engineering projects, including equipment upgrades and new product evaluations.
• Maintain accurate work logs, parts inventory and preventive‑maintenance records.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, plant or industrial setting.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform frequent stooping, crouching, reaching and climbing.

What we offer

• Hourly pay $23‑$38 plus $1.25 shift differential.
• Second‑shift schedule: Mon‑Thu 2 pm‑10:30 pm, Fri 12 pm‑8:30 pm.
