Maintenance Supervisor – Timberhill Meadows

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of Timberhill Meadows, along with its grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time position is based on‑site in Corvallis, Oregon.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to resident service requests, diagnose issues, and perform repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Manage the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Oversee routine upkeep of the community, ensuring all mechanical and technical systems operate correctly.
• Maintain accurate work order records and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required profile

• Experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in multi‑family housing.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, inspection reports, and basic technical diagrams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with residents, vendors, and internal teams.
