About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor – SOMA at 788 is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work to keep the interior and exterior of the community, grounds, amenities and common areas in top condition.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee technical and mechanical work for interior and exterior building areas, grounds, amenities and common areas.
- Ensure cleanliness, appearance, safety and functionality meet company standards.
- Manage work orders and coordinate routine and emergency maintenance tasks.
- Plan, coordinate and execute capital improvement projects.
- Provide on‑call coverage on a rotating schedule.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in a service or maintenance supervisory role within multifamily property management.
- Experience managing capital improvement projects.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday with rotating on‑call weeks.
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance best practices.
