Maintenance Supervisor – Silver (Full-time)

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor – Silver is responsible for overseeing and performing technical and mechanical work across the community’s interior and exterior spaces. This full‑time position ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and perform maintenance on painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool and spa systems.
• Respond to on‑call requests and emergency situations outside regular hours.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and oversee budget allocations for maintenance projects.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory and compliance using Yardi and HappyCo platforms.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in a residential or commercial setting.
• Full‑time availability, Monday‑Friday 9 am‑6 pm with on‑call duties.
• Eligibility for full housing discount and incentive‑based bonuses.
• Preferred certifications in Pool & Spa and HVAC systems.

Required skills

• Painting, plumbing and electrical system expertise.
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities for mechanical equipment.
• Experience with budget planning and vendor management.

• Proficiency in HappyCo mobile inspection tool.
