About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure that the interior and exterior of the Reedhouse community, its grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and execute technical and mechanical maintenance tasks across buildings, grounds, and shared spaces.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, visual appeal, and safety throughout the property.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Ensure all work complies with company policies and relevant safety regulations.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers as needed to support property upkeep.
Required profile
- Proven experience in building or facilities maintenance.
- Ability to lead and supervise maintenance activities on‑site.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
