Maintenance Supervisor – One South Market

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of One South Market, a high‑rise residential community, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This onsite position involves overseeing daily maintenance activities and responding to resident service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and complete work orders generated from resident requests and routine upkeep.
• Diagnose defects or problems, perform repairs, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain common areas, amenities, grounds, and building systems to uphold safety and aesthetic standards.
• Provide on‑call support as required, adhering to a Monday‑Friday schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in property or facilities maintenance, preferably in high‑rise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Yardi and Happy Property platforms.
• Eligibility for a 20 % housing discount and participation in Greystar incentive programs.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management software.
• Proficiency with Happy Property platform.
