Maintenance Supervisor – Millpond

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor for the Millpond community ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This role combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of routine upkeep and resident service requests.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing the source of defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Conduct routine upkeep of the community, including inspections of building systems, grounds, and amenities.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments: perform pre‑move‑out inspections, create punch lists, schedule vendors and contractors, and procure necessary supplies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and compliance with safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial property maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and building issues and implement effective repairs.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders, punch lists, and vendor schedules.
• Knowledge of safety standards, building codes, and Greystar’s maintenance policies.
