Maintenance Supervisor – Manhattan Shores

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee technical and mechanical work at our Manhattan Shores community. The role ensures that buildings, grounds, amenities and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety and functionality. You will coordinate with the property management team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and complete work orders generated from resident service requests.
• Perform routine upkeep and preventative maintenance across the community.
• Diagnose the source of defects or problems and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards and code requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Supervise and guide junior maintenance staff to ensure quality workmanship.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in a lease‑up environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage work orders and perform hands‑on repairs.
• Strong attention to safety, policy adherence and code compliance.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced lease‑up environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Yarid maintenance management system (preferred).
