Maintenance Supervisor – Lock Vista Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for the Lock Vista community in Seattle. You will lead a small team to ensure the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities meet the company’s high standards for safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage outside vendors, track warranties, and coordinate repairs.
• Develop and enforce cleanliness and appearance standards for the property.
• Perform hot‑water heater repairs and routine maintenance.
• Apply basic carpentry skills to address building issues.
• Supervise up to five maintenance employees.
• Assist in budgeting for regular repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Process resident work orders promptly and efficiently.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, carpentry, and various roofing materials (shingle, BUR membrane, EPDM).
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Experience with MS Office Suite; familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly desired.
