Maintenance Supervisor – Harrington Square

About the role

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Harrington Square community in Renton, Washington. You will lead a team that ensures the property’s buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas are clean, safe, and fully functional.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work across the community.
• Maintain standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality of all areas.
• Lead and mentor maintenance staff, fostering high performance and customer‑service focus.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to address external maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
