Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily Property

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that the interior and exterior of the community, including grounds, amenities, and common areas, meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while working as part of a team.
• Manage outside vendors, follow up on warranties, and coordinate repairs.
• Develop and enforce standards for property cleanliness and appearance.
• Supervise up to five maintenance employees.
• Assist in budgeting for regular repairs, maintenance, and capital expenses.
• Delegate and complete resident work orders promptly.

Required profile

• Extensive maintenance management experience in multifamily housing.
• Strong knowledge of hot‑water heater repair, carpentry, and safe use of hand and power tools.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and property‑management software such as Yardi or One Site.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
