Maintenance Supervisor – Elevation

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor – Elevation ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, appearance, and functionality. This full‑time, onsite position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and supervise technical and mechanical tasks to maintain building systems and common areas.
• Respond to resident work orders, diagnose issues, and execute repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Lead the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, and coordinating vendors or contractors.
• Ensure routine upkeep of the community, maintaining a safe and functional environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building or property maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose defects, perform repairs, and follow safety and code guidelines.
• Strong organizational skills for managing work orders and coordinating external vendors.
