Maintenance Supervisor – Bexley at Tech Ridge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the service team at Bexley at Tech Ridge, a 342‑unit apartment community in Austin, TX. You will oversee daily upkeep, repairs, and vendor coordination while delivering high‑quality customer service to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a maintenance crew of six, including technicians, make‑ready staff, porter, and groundskeeper.
• Schedule, supervise, and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Maintain inventory, ensure compliance with quality‑control standards, and handle on‑call emergency rotations.
• Coordinate vendor work and ensure timely completion of all service requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of trade‑related experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role within apartment maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and a commitment to resident satisfaction.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I) is mandatory.
