Maintenance Supervisor – Anthem at Ledgestone

About the role

The Maintenance Supervisor ensures that all interior and exterior building components, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. This full‑time position combines hands‑on technical work with oversight of maintenance activities across the community.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with and complete work orders generated from resident service requests, diagnosing defects and performing repairs in line with company policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Oversee the “make‑ready” process for vacant apartments, including pre‑move‑out inspections, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and coordinating necessary repairs.
• Perform routine upkeep of the community’s mechanical and technical systems to ensure ongoing operational reliability.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, ensuring timely completion of maintenance tasks.

Required profile

• Experience diagnosing and repairing building‑related issues.
• Ability to manage work orders and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Familiarity with safety standards and local building codes.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating vendors and overseeing make‑ready activities.
