Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator ensures efficient operation of machinery, equipment, and facility systems by scheduling preventive maintenance, tracking work orders, and supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and facility systems.
• Create, assign, and monitor work orders to guarantee timely completion.
• Track maintenance schedules, equipment history, and service records in the CMMS.
• Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and supervisors to prioritize work and reduce downtime.
• Manage inventory of parts, tools, and supplies, generating purchase requests as needed.
• Prepare and distribute maintenance reports, KPIs, and downtime summaries.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED (Associate degree or technical certification preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities maintenance, or related industrial operations.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and strong organizational skills.
