LPN Lead – ENT Clinic

About the role

This position provides individualized, direct nursing care to assigned patients in the ENT clinic under the supervision of a registered nurse, mid‑level provider, or physician. The LPN Lead assists with data collection, delivery of health‑care services, and supports the health‑care team in delivering high‑quality, personalized patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective nursing care to ensure a successful patient visit.
• Answer patient questions, relay critical information, and escalate issues as needed.
• Complete appropriate medical and legal documentation.
• Administer medication to patients safely.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day clinical tasks to maintain efficient department operations.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge and licensure through continuing education.
• Stay informed of federal, state, and local regulations and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
• 2 years of LPN experience, or 1 year LPN experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
