Loss Prevention Specialist – Corporate & Regional Security

About the role

The Loss Prevention Specialist supports corporate and regional security at our Wilmington Service Center. You will investigate claims, shortages and security incidents, analyze data and recommend solutions to prevent future losses.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve loss‑prevention claims, shortages and security incidents.
• Utilize video management systems, access‑control and documentation tools to support investigations.
• Maintain accurate case updates, tracking and reporting.
• Identify root causes and develop recommendations to reduce future losses.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with ability to prioritize and multitask.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in investigations.
• Familiarity with VMS, access‑control and case‑management systems.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Video Management System (VMS) operation.
• Access‑control tools.
• Case‑management software.
