Logistics & Warehousing Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Warehousing Analyst to support storage and fulfillment operations across multiple U.S. warehouses. The analyst will act as the primary liaison between the business and third‑party warehouse providers, ensuring high service quality, cost efficiency, and accurate inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control inventory across several U.S. warehouse locations and providers.
• Source, negotiate, and finalize agreements with warehousing and fulfillment partners (contract logistics).
• Oversee inbound receiving, order processing, and outbound dispatch activities.
• Audit third‑party warehouse invoices and perform cost analyses of logistics operations.
• Maintain document traceability and keep operational tracking databases up to date.
• Provide clear, timely visibility to the business on warehouse operation status.

Required profile

• Degree in Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of logistics experience, including 1–1.5 years in a similar analyst role.
• Background in contract logistics, distribution centers, or warehousing, preferably with U.S. operations exposure.
• Solid knowledge of inventory management, fulfillment, and domestic freight.
• Bilingual proficiency (mandatory).
