Local Route Delivery Driver – Full-time

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage’s delivery team as a Local Route Delivery Driver. You will be responsible for transporting pre‑sold beer, wine, and spirits from the distribution center to retail accounts across the Sandston area, ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a company vehicle to deliver assigned beverage orders to customer locations.
• Manually unload and load products, maintaining product integrity.
• Collect payments, reconcile receipts with delivery invoices, and handle returns of empty containers.
• Maintain accurate DOT driver logs and comply with all federal transportation regulations.
• Inspect vehicle before and after each route, report any issues, and request routine maintenance.
• Provide courteous customer service, address concerns, and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL Class A or B preferred).
• Minimum of 1 year of related delivery or driving experience.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Commitment to safety, DOT compliance, and accurate record‑keeping.

• Full‑time schedule: Tuesday‑Friday, starting at 5 am.
• Hourly pay of $23 (CDL‑B) or $24 (CDL‑A).
