Local CDL‑A City P&D Driver – $36.64/hr

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Local CDL‑A City P&D Driver to join our Montebello, CA service center. The driver will perform city‑wide freight deliveries and pickups, returning to the terminal each day while enjoying a home‑every‑night schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up freight at multiple city locations each shift.
• Use scanning equipment to track loads and interact directly with customers.
• Perform lift‑gate deliveries using an electric pallet jack when required.
• Return to the Montebello terminal daily and maintain accurate paperwork.

Required profile

• Valid CDL Class A with at least 1 year of verifiable Class A experience in the past 3 years.
• Clean driving record (no serious violations, ≤ 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Age 23 (or 21 with FMCSA military transition qualification).
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screen and road test.
• Physical ability to bend, lift and stoop safely.

Required skills

• CDL Class A operation.
