Load Balancing Engineer – Dallas, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Load Balancing Engineer to join its Financial Services unit in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining load‑balancing solutions for client infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and client teams to resolve complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and document preventive recommendations.
• Evaluate client IT infrastructure, produce assessment reports and support due‑diligence activities to identify maturity gaps.
• Design scalable, cost‑effective infrastructure solutions, review reusable components and create technical documentation for deployments.
• Coordinate release schedules, execute deployments, conduct post‑deployment testing and manage version control.
• Plan and oversee maintenance windows, emergency fixes and technology upgrades while ensuring uninterrupted service.
• Analyze performance data, provide insights on system behavior and support capacity‑planning activities.
• Conduct security checks, recovery drills and compliance audits, implementing security measures and continuity plans.
• Identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes and propose efficiency enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in infrastructure consulting or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and produce clear documentation.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional and client teams.
