LMS/Training System Administrator

About the role

The LMS/Training System Administrator is responsible for managing training assignment requests, independently creating and maintaining roles and curricula, and resolving escalated learner and manager inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Support compliance training assignments within the Learning Management System (TEDS/Lumen/Cornerstone) to meet regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the efficient administration, operation, and maintenance of the LMS, performing regular system checks, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain standardized roles and curricula for compliance training programs, ensuring consistency with learning policies.
• Provide comprehensive support for learner and manager requests, addressing training assignment, access, progress tracking, and record update issues.
• Collaborate with local Business Process Owners and Content Owners to configure and assign training requirements accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of LMS features and compliance training best practices to optimize system configurations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of LMS administration/support experience (TEDS, Cornerstone, and/or Lumen) in a highly regulated environment.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willingness to reside within commuting distance to Reedsville, PA and travel up to 10% as needed.
