About the role
Crowley Fleck PLLP is seeking a lateral attorney to join its Commercial Litigation and/or Tort Litigation practice in Williston, North Dakota. The role involves handling a full spectrum of litigation matters, including trial work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all phases of civil litigation, from pleadings through trial.
- Develop case strategy, conduct discovery, and draft motions.
- Represent clients in court hearings and trials.
- Collaborate with senior partners and other practice groups.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of litigation experience with trial exposure.
- Good standing reputation in the legal community.
- Licensed to practice in North Dakota and Montana, or willingness to obtain those licenses.
Required skills
- Extensive civil litigation knowledge.
- Trial advocacy and courtroom presentation.
- Strong legal research and writing abilities.
