Line Operator 3 – Palletizer (All Shifts)

About the role

The Line Operator 3 is responsible for stacking containers or cartons of finished product on pallets and works collaboratively to meet Nestlé’s safety, productivity, quality and environmental goals.

Key responsibilities

• Read stacking configuration from packing specifications and arrange cases on pallets.
• Set up product code‑date information and monitor conveyor flow to detect defective packaging.
• Stack cartons or containers onto pallets, move pallets to the wrapper, and apply wrapping and tagging.
• Supply the line with packaging materials, stop equipment to clear jams and report malfunctions to the lead.
• Maintain production and equipment performance records, verify barcode tallies and suggest process improvements.
• Follow all SOPs, GMPs and safety policies, reporting hazards and promoting a safe work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or related environment.
• Ability to work overtime, irregular hours and rotating shifts.
• Dependable, strong work ethic, attention to detail and comfortable with physical labor.
• Proficient in English for reading and communicating safety and quality procedures.
